The X-axis main sliding table adopts a front and rear rail design, with a width increased by 20%, ensuring the stability of the machine's center.

The column and base have the same width dimensions, enhancing the stability of the machine body.

The worktable uses oversized precision crossed roller bearings, increasing the rigidity and durability of the machine, making processing more stable.

The worktable employs a multi-stage gearbox drive, driving the worktable through a full gear transmission method, avoiding loss of spindle torque, ensuring cutting rigidity, and reducing worktable vibration, with a torque increase of 20% compared to traditional belt drives.

The X-axis main sliding table adopts a front and rear rail design, ensuring the stability of the machine's center.

The standard configuration for the X-axis of the VL1000-VL1600 series models is roller linear guides, with optional hard rails available.

The Z-axis square hard rail is made from steel that has been precisely ground, and the sliding table is fitted with wear-resistant plastic sheets (TURCITE-B) using precision scraping methods, featuring strong shock absorption, high rigidity, and high precision, making it an ideal choice for achieving precise and durable cutting.
